About
I started in film production — managing crews, logistics, and tight budgets on sets where a missed deadline meant real money lost. That's where I learned to think in systems: if the workflow is right, the output takes care of itself.
When I moved into woodworking and custom fabrication, I brought that same production mindset. Instead of just building furniture, I built the processes around the furniture — estimating tools, material calculators, workflow templates that turned chaotic shops into predictable operations.
Today I run Raedwulf Productions, where I combine hands-on fabrication with production management and CNC workflow design. I take on custom furniture builds, production consulting, and partnership opportunities where my operational skills create measurable value.
I'm not looking for more projects to fill hours. I'm looking for the right projects — ones where systems thinking, technical skill, and production experience converge to solve real problems.
How I Work
Craftsmanship
Quality output is non-negotiable. But craftsmanship without efficiency is a hobby, not a business.
Efficiency
Every project gets a system. Estimating, scheduling, material optimization — before the first cut.
Autonomy
I work best with ownership. Give me the constraint and the deadline. I'll figure out the how.
Community
The trades need better systems, not just better tools. I share what I build.
